Ambivalent made his Gamebattles Pokemon Ladder debut in the Summer of 08 quickly propelling his team (Feel the Pressure) to a 94-21 record and a 1st place finish for that season. His team was quickly upset in the first round by the 16 overall seed chesqo. In the Fall of 08 his team Overdose (joined by fellow hall of famers Evisu, Stone_Cold and Athletic) finished first place overall and went on to the playoff finals only losing to the eventual champions UltimateAlliance.
